Big business experience

Our big business experience spans the entire spectrum of skills required to successfully run a business, regardless of size. P&L management, business strategy, business development, sales and marketing, human resources, internal and external audit relationships, supply chain management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, information technology, materials management, tax strategy and most importantly... CASH FLOW.

Small business values

We understand that people are what makes a business tick.  Acquisitions are stressful on the buyer and seller, their families and the employees.  There are attorneys, business brokers, bankers, CPAs, realtors and others  involved.  These relationships will make or break the deal.  We understand how to build relationships.  We know how to get things done the right way.  We've been there.  We've done it. Successfully.

We mean business

There are many resources potential buyers can access to help acquire a business.  Most of them are not working for you and make money whether you are successful or not!  Many of them don't understand true cash flow or business value.  We are different.  Our reward comes from a successful and profitable acquisition as a minority partner or shareholder.  We are "buyers" of the business along side you.  We help you save thousands of dollars in accountant, attorney and consultant fees so you can put your capital to work for yourself.  Think of us as "experience equity."  We will invest financial capital in some cases as well.  Regardless, we are with you every step of the way during.  We give you the confidence to make your dream a reality.  Successfully.

Not all business is good business...

but good business is golden.

Experience you need at the crossroad ahead.
